During this conversation, a member of the team will learn more about your property, goals, timeline, and project scope while answering any early questions you may have. This short call helps shape the next steps and prepares your team for a productive on-site consultation, which is typically scheduled within a few business days.

You’ll meet on-site with a landscape or gardening expert to walk through your property, discuss ideas, priorities, and budget expectations. This conversation helps shape the direction of the project while giving you professional guidance tailored to your property, goals, and Colorado’s unique climate conditions. You’ll also leave with a clear understanding of timelines, next steps, and what to expect moving forward.

Depending on the scope of your project, you’ll receive either a proposal for gardening or maintenance services or move into the landscape design process. Gardening and maintenance proposals are typically delivered within about three business days. For design and installation projects, a design agreement is prepared, and the design process begins once approved. Design investments typically start around $800, with most designs being ready for review within approximately two weeks, depending on project scope.

You’ll meet with the team to review your design together, ask questions, and fine-tune details before moving into production. This stage gives you confidence in the plan before work begins. If adjustments are needed, rounds of revisions help refine the design so it reflects your vision, goals, and the way you want to use your outdoor space.

Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed installation proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and project investment for review. After everything is approved, the installation agreement is signed, and the deposit is collected to secure your place on the schedule.

Your project moves into installation or ongoing gardening care with a dedicated team focused on craftsmanship, communication, and long-term landscape health. Throughout the process, you’ll have a main point of contact who keeps you informed on scheduling, progress, and what to expect next, so you always know how your project is moving forward. Whether it’s a large outdoor renovation or recurring garden maintenance, the work is completed with attention to sustainability, water-conscious practices, and the long-term success of your property.

Once installation is complete, you’ll walk the property with the team to review the finished work and discuss care recommendations moving forward. If you choose ongoing gardening or maintenance services, Stone & Flower continues supporting your landscape so it grows healthier and more beautiful season after season.
